Ancor Parquet Adhesive

Properties: A plasticized paper to paper adhesive based on a homo-polymer emulsion, quick drying solvents and a cellulose thickener. It is water soluble, and has high viscosity, very good bonding and water resistance.

Uses: Used for sticking wood-block floorings to smooth floor screeds

Colour: Milky

Thinning and Mixing: No thinning required

Cleaning Solvent: Water

Drying time: 2 – 4 hours @ 25^oC, 50% RH

Coverage: 3 – 4m²/ kg depending on rate of application and surface condition

Application: By comb trowel or brush

Solids content 49 - 51%

MFFT 16 - 18 ^oC

Viscosity 900 – 1100g @ 25^oC,

Specific gravity 1.15 ± 0.05 @ 25^oC

Surface Preparation: Remove all oil, dirt, dust and moisture from both surfaces

User Instruction: Apply a liberal coat of adhesive on both surfaces and align correctly, be careful not to cover too large an area at a time and allow 1 minute to dry. Press the articles together firmly in position.

Precautions: Store away from direct sunlight and naked flames. Keep container sealed at all times. Ensure good ventilation during use, avoid skin contact and wear the usual protective clothing.
