Strongbond Carton Sealor - Hand App

Properties: A special aqueous dispersion glue based on a vinyl acetate homopolymer. It is water soluble, quick drying, flexible and highly viscous.

Uses: Used in carton manufacturing and printing industries to seal cartons and papers

Drying time: 1 - 2 minutes @ 25^oC, 50% RH

Coverage: 3 - 4m²/ kg depending on rate of application and surface porosity

Application: Manually by brush

Specific gravity 1.05 ± 0.05 @ 25^oC

Surface Preparation: Remove all oil, dirt, dust and moisture from both surfaces.

User Instruction: Apply a thin coat of adhesive on both surfaces and align correctly. Press together gently, starting from the centre moving outwards to ensure no air entrapment and perfect adhesion of the surfaces.

Precautions: Store away from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed at all times. Ensure good ventilation during use, avoid skin contact and wear the usual protective clothing.
