Strongbond Carton Sealor - Machine App

Properties: A special aqueous dispersion glue based on a vinyl acetate homopolymer. It is water soluble, quick drying, flexible and highly viscous.

Uses: Used in carton manufacturing and printing industries to seal cartons and paper

Thinning and Mixing: No thinning required

Drying time: 1 - 2 minutes @ 25^oC, 50% RH

Coverage: 2 – 2.5m²/ kg depending on rate of application and surface porosity

Viscosity 500 – 700g @ 25^oC,

Specific gravity 1.05 ± 0.05 @ 25^oC

MFFT 16 - 18 ^oC

Surface Preparation: Remove all oil, dirt, dust and moisture from both surfaces

User Instruction: Special machine application only

Precautions: Store away from direct sunlight.Keep container sealed at all times. Ensure good ventilation during use, avoid skin contact and wear the usual protective clothing.
