Duco Body Filler

DUCO BODY FILLER  is a special repair and dent filling  Polyester Putty , fast drying with excellent adhesion  and good sanding properties.

Typical Uses:

It is specially developed for filling deep scratches and small craters or surface imperfections on metal surfaces.  Ideal for Auto-refinishing, used as repair and dent filler for automobiles and even for levelling of wooden surfaces .


Type            :  2 PACK POLYESTER  BASED

Colour    : Light Grey in colour .( TURNS LIGHT PINK AFTER ADDITION OF   CATALYST)

Finish     : Matt

RECOMMENDED     :  100 microns
(WFT)

Mixing Ratio        : MIX 2 % OF CATALYST TO 100 gms OF BASE PUTTY .


Touch dry         : 5 – 10 mins

Dry to sanding         : <  30 mins

Pot Life          : < 10  MINS 


Directions for Use:

It can be used under all paint systems like 2K Acrylic enamel , NC paints,  synthetic or Single Pack Acrylic enamel .

To ensure  good adhesion, the putty should be applied on  clean primed surface. Always seal the polyester putty with Primer Surfacer before top-coating to get good results.

Method of Application:

It should be applied either with a spreader or  Putty knife.  It should be applied in thin, successive coats if filling a dent  more than 2 mm.

It is precise responsibility of the user to ensure that the application takes place in an adequately ventilated environment and in the observance of  hygienic and safety regulations.  Also please follow the instructions mentioned on the can.

6 months from the production date, in the original packing and at the conditions mentioned in storage indications:

Storage Indications:

Keep the cans, well closed in well ventilated moisture free place at temperature less than  25 o C.
