Value-PRO MS Rapid Clearcoat, P390-4030, is a fast drying medium solids clearcoat for rapid spot and panel repair.

Surface Preparation:
HS Clearcoat P390-4030 is not recommended for use over Waterborne basecoats.

Process Notes
For basecoat, the maximum time to clearcoat is 24 hours. If left longer, scuff thoroughly and apply additional basecoat.
Clean up equipment immediately after use, using Value-PRO thinner or another suitable solvent.  Dispose of waste in accordance with applicable regulations
