1. VITON TWO PACK ACRYLIC

A Premium Two -Pack Acrylic auto finish with excellent resistance to chemicals and mechanical abrasion and a superb high gloss finish, formulated to withstand the most severe tropical climatic conditions. VitonTwo Pack Acrylic Enamel is suitable for general use on all types of car repair jobs, particularly recommended as an automotive top coat where a superior finish, offering maximum physical and chemical resistance, is required. For best results, VitonTwo Pack Enamel

should be applied over VitonTwo Pack Acrylic Primer (Beige).

2. Viton Two Pack Thinner

 

CLEANING SOLVENT:             VitonTwo Pack Thinner

STORAGE & MIXING: This product is highly susceptible to moisture and should be mixed/stored in dry, non-humid

conditions. After mixing Base, Hardener and Thinner in the correct ratio, allow to stand for 5-7 minutes for bubbles/effervescence to subside, before use.

 

HANDLING:

This product is toxic and care must be taken to prevent direct contact with the skin and eyes to avoid irritation etc. (Affected areas must be washed immediately and thoroughly with clean water). Protective clothing, gloves, goggles, should be worn during application.

 

FLASH POINT:  Below 20ºC

SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY, VITON TWO PACK ACRYLIC ENAMEL

3. VITON DOUBLE -STRENGTH PAINT REMOVER

 

 

This is a non -inflammable material designed to strip off old paint work from any metallic and non -metallic surface.

 

PHYSICAL DATA:

 

Consistency:                             Thixotropic consistency with very good application properties.

Pack sizes:                               Available in 5 litres and 1 litre.

 

APPLICATION:

 

VITON Double Strength Paint Remover should be applied liberally by brush and allowed to remain on the surface for 5-6 minutes to ensure maximum penetration into the existing paint film.

 

The paint should then be scraped off with a scraper and washed off with water. Surface must be rendered dry before painting. Repeat the exercise where necessary on old and stubborn paint work. For best results, particularly on non-metallic surfaces, allow the paint remover to remain on the surface for up to 1 hour before removal.

4. VITON CELLULOSE ENAMEL


A single pack car finish which gives fast air dry for rapid turn around of repairs and provides a quick, economical and high quality of refinish on all types of vehicles. For best results, VITON Cellulose Enamel should be applied over VITON Primer/Surfacer (Grey).

5. VITON RUBBING COMPOUND


VITON rubbing compound is specially formulated for producing an even glossier finish on VITON Cellulose Enamel.

 

PHYSICAL DATA:

 

CONSISTENCY:                       Thick paste.

COLOUR:                                 Dark Yellow.

PACK SIZES:                           4 Kgs 1 kg and ½kg.

 

APPLICATION:

Thin slightly with water to a creamy consistency using a soft cloth. Rub with considerable pressure at first, easing up gradually as the compound dries and develops the desired finish.

6. VITON FAST DRY ENAMEL

 

A fast -drying synthetic top coat for repair and complete respray of cars, vans and commercial vehicles. It offers high opacity and good flow and gloss from the gun. Recommended for use over VITON Primer/Surfacer (Grey).

7. VITON SELF-ETCH PRIMER

This two -pack etching primer, based on reinforced vinyl resins is designed to provide maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance. VITON Self -Etch Primer provides excellent adhesion between ferrous and non -ferrous surfaces and subsequent coats of paint, and is particularly recommended on Aluminium. This primer should be supplemented by a coat of VITON Primer/Surfacer (Grey) to provide adequate film build.

8. VITON PRIMER / SURFACER (GREY)

 

A single pack, fast -drying cellulose primer offering high build and scratch filling properties on all types of vehicles. Good laydown and holdout properties of this primer provides a base for superior top coat gloss. On bare metal, VITON Primer/Surfacer (Grey) should be applied over VITON Etch Primer for enhanced adhesion. VITON Primer/Surfacer is recommended under VITON Cellulose Enamel and VITON Fast Dry Enamel.

9.VITON SPOT PUTTY

 

VITON Spot Putty is cellulose-based and suitably plasticised to give a hard yet flexible film, formulated to fill indentations noticeable after application of the primer. VITON Spot Putty is recommended over VITON Primer/Surfacer only.

APPLICATION:

 

This single pack putty should be applied either by knife or by putty -applicator in several thin coat with intervals of 10 minutes rather than one thick coat, to eliminate solvent entrapment.

 

DRYING TIME:

 

VITON spot putty dries thoroughly within 1 hour of application.

SANDABILITY: Excellent (after ½ hour).

10.VITON TWO PACK ACRYLIC PRIMER (BEIGE)

 

An extremely versatile high solids Two-pack Acrylic Primer (which can be used as a sanding/non- sanding primer) offering excellent corrosion resistance, film build and coverage. Viton Two Pack Primer can be applied direct to clean bare metal without any bonding coat. This product is recommended as a Primer/Primer-Surfacer under Viton Two Pack Acrylic Enamel to achieve maximum mechanical and chemical resistance with a superb gloss finish for Automotive vehicles. Major advantages of this high performance product are that it can be overcoated within 3 -4 hours and that it can obliterate small indentations/defects without using a body filler.
